Cancellation Policy

In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, B&B Casa la Quinta is entitled to terminate or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part, without the guest being entitled to claim performance and/or compensation:

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, civil war, strikes, boycotts, disruptions to the energy system, traffic, or transport, government measures, shortages of raw materials, natural disasters, and all other circumstances, including exceptional weather conditions.

Death of one of the owners or immediate family members, etc., under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be expected of B&B Casa la Quinta. This also applies in the event of business closure and/or sale of the property.

Booking Changes: If a guest wishes to change a booking, this can be done up to 14 days before arrival. The booking will not be cheaper than the original booking after the change.

If the entire reservation is transferred to a third party, this must be communicated in writing by the primary paying contact person at B&B Casa la Quinta. Amounts already paid will be considered the reservation amount for the third party; the remaining amount will then be paid by the transferee, using the applicable payment terms. The transferor (the first person to pay at the time of booking) and the transferee must arrange this between themselves.
